Job Role/Title: 3 D Modeling Artist | Experience: 4 - 8 years
Key Responsibilities
Convert CAD models into efficient and accurate 3 D models with clean topology using 3ds Max/Blender.
Create high-quality 3 D hardsurface assets, including: Machines, Products, Vehicles, Props (environmental, interactive assets), Mechanical and industrial objects
Translate concept art, references, and design briefs into final in-game assets.
Ensure assets meet AAA visual quality and are optimized for real-time engines.
Develop clean topology, efficient, and well-structured meshes.
Follow proper naming conventions, pipelines, and technical guidelines.
Maintain consistency in style, scale, and quality across all assets.
Manage time efficiently and meet production deadlines.
Key Skillset and Requirements for this Role :
Strong experience in hard surface modeling and product modeling for games and real-time applications.




Proven ability to create industrial models, vehicles, and props at a high visual standard.
Basic understanding of:
- Real-world materials and manufacturing processes
- PBR texturing workflows
- Scale, proportion, and silhouette
Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Autodesk Maya / 3ds Max / Blender.
Excellent knowledge of optimization techniques.
Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate efficiently.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Valuable understanding of game art production pipelines.
Portfolio Requirements
A strong portfolio showcasing:
High-quality hard surface PBR models and props(low, mid, and high-poly)
Clean topology.
