About the Role We are looking for an exceptionally smart, analytical, and ambitious Meta Ads Specialist who wants to build expertise in luxury, premium, and design-led brand.
This is not a role for someone with years of experience. We are looking for someone with strong problem-solving ability, curiosity, and an obsession with performance marketing. If you can think strategically, learn quickly, and structure campaigns intelligently, we can teach you the rest.
What You'll Do Campaign Strategy & Structure Build and manage Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Create clean, scalable campaign structures based on objectives, audiences, and funnel stages.
Develop full-funnel acquisition strategies (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion).
Design audience segmentation and retargeting frameworks.
Structure campaigns for lead generation, e-commerce, and brand awareness.
Performance Optimization Monitor campaign performance daily.
Analyze key metrics, including: ROAS, CPL, CAC, CTR, CPM
Conversion Rate
Continuously test audiences, creatives, placements, and messaging.




Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
Creative Collaboration Work closely with designers, content creators, and strategists.
Develop creative testing frameworks.
Provide clear feedback based on performance data.
Understand what works for premium and luxury audiences.
Reporting & Insights Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Extract actionable insights from campaign data.
Recommend improvements based on customer behavior and campaign outcomes.
