Role Description The Principal is a full time, remote instructional and operational leader responsible for guiding Alphabit School’s academic vision and day-to-day virtual school operations. This role oversees curriculum implementation, teaching quality,



and student support to ensure a rigorous and engaging online learning experience. The Principal will lead and coach educators, set clear expectations, review performance data, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and learner-centered practices. Daily responsibilities include monitoring student outcomes, partnering with families, resolving escalated concerns, and ensuring alignment with academic standards and regulatory requirements. The Principal will also collaborate with product, technology, and support teams to refine the online platform, enhance instructional resources, and drive strategic growth initiatives.
Qualifications
Proven experience in school leadership or academic administration, with a track record of overseeing curriculum, instruction, and student outcomes in K–12 or similar settings.
