Job Description:
Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, non-technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
Must have worked on MSP/VMS model.
Must have US Staffing experience in Engineering / Semiconductor / Manufacturing/ Energy / Utility / Electric /Aerospace / Non IT for only worked Direct clients on W2 experience.
Must have experience in dealing W2 only with U. S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1 B candidates.
Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.
Proven successful sales record in the U. S Staffing industry.




Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.
Ability to work as a good team player, screening, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Sourcing and screening potential IT/ Business Qualified/Engineering/ Pharma from effective usage of Internal Systems /Database, Job Portals, Postings, and Networking within the desired time frame.
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
To ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are met as mutually agreed with operations and other key stakeholders.
Regular Interaction/daily meetings with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, future requirements and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively.
