About the Role
Work on video editing projects that drive meaningful impact while improving creative efficiency through innovative and AI-assisted workflows.
Responsibilities
Edit high-quality short-form and long-form video content optimized for vertical and horizontal viewing and audience retention.
Apply strong storytelling techniques, including compelling hooks, pacing, captions, and visual flow to maximize watch time.
Integrate generative AI tools into the editing process to enhance visuals, audio, efficiency, and creative output.
Collaborate with content, marketing,



and creative teams to translate briefs into engaging video assets.
Experiment with formats, styles, and narratives to continuously improve performance and engagement.
Optimize videos based on performance insights, feedback, and evolving content trends.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain consistency in visual style, tone, and brand guidelines across all video content.
Edit and refine influencer-led and user-generated content when required.
Stay up to date with emerging video editing techniques, AI tools, and creative best practices.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience editing short-form and long-form videos for social media platforms.
