We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Solution Lead between 8 to 12 years who will drive end-to-end solution design and delivery across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, hands-on experience with contemporary cloud and data technologies, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Design & Data Architecture
Define and own end-to-end data architecture and solution design aligned with business objectives and strategic goals.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance architectural solutions.
Lead solutioning across data engineering, analytics, and integration streams.
Architect solutions leveraging Azure ecosystem, Databricks, SQL, and Python.
Establish architectural standards, frameworks, and reusable components.
2. Technical Leadership
Provide strong technical leadership across data engineering, analytics, and integration teams.




Guide development teams on best practices in coding, data processing, and cloud implementations.
Conduct architecture reviews, design validations, and code reviews.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in solution delivery.
3. Multi-Workstream Management
Manage and coordinate multiple parallel workstreams/projects with competing priorities.
Ensure alignment across workstreams, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies proactively.
Ensure consistent delivery quality across all streams.
4. Technology Expertise & Delivery
Lead solution implementation using:
Azure Cloud Services
Azure Databricks
SQL platforms
Python-based solutions
Design and optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and analytics workflows.
Ensure robust integration across systems and platforms.
