Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Implementation Lead with expertise in Source-to-Pay (S2 P) transformation and procurement digitization to drive end-to-end implementations across sourcing, procurement, contract management, and invoicing processes. The role requires robust functional expertise, delivery ownership, value engineering capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent client engagements while delivering measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Implementation & Delivery
● Deliver end-to-end S2 P implementations for enterprise clients across sourcing, procurement, contracts, and invoicing modules.
● Drive procurement process digitization and optimization, enabling clients to transition from manual processes to automated and intelligent workflows.
● Implement Source-to-Pay solutions and configure modules according to client-specific business requirements.
● Manage multiple concurrent implementation engagements while ensuring quality, timelines, and scope adherence.
● Ensure delivery excellence and adherence to implementation best practices across projects.
2. Value Engineering & Outcomes
● Define and track KPIs, savings, and benefits realization across the implementation lifecycle.
● Establish KPI-driven governance models to monitor adoption, realized savings, compliance, and ROI.
● Design and scale tail-spend management strategies to improve spend visibility, supplier consolidation, and compliance.
● Drive measurable procurement transformation outcomes through process optimization and value realization initiatives.
3. Solutioning & Client Engagement
● Support solutioning and client onboarding activities by identifying process gaps and aligning solutions to business requirements.
● Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders and leadership teams, aligning transformation initiatives with cost reduction, risk mitigation, and operational agility objectives.
