As a Deputy General Manager – International Sales for North Region, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the international sales strategy for the international markets. You will play a key role in market development, team leadership and client engagement, ensuring the alignment of internal teams and external partners for successful execution.
Key responsibilities :
1. Strategic leadership and market development




Design and implement the international sales strategy for across markets, aligned with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
Identify growth opportunities and develop tailored go-to-market (GTM) plans based on customer behaviour and market dynamics.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define market-entry and expansion strategies.
Set ambitious team targets and develop a roadmap to surpass them.
2. Team leadership and performance management
Lead, manage, and expand the international sales team with transparent roles, responsibilities and performance metrics
Provide regular coaching, feedback and development plans to strengthen team capability
Create a high-performance culture driven by ownership, accountability and collaboration
Inspire and align the team around strategic goals and customer-centric values
3. Partner engagement and ecosystem development
Guide domestic channel partners to generate and convert leads from international ma
