Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
3–5 years of experience with relational databases (Postgres, Oracle, SQL Server, My SQL)
3–5 years of experience with ETL tools (Informatica preferred)
Solid experience in both on-premise and cloud environments
Familiarity with cloud or MPP databases (Snowflake, Redshift, Big Query)
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience with workflow orchestration (Airflow, Oozie)
Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (Tableau, Looker, Micro Strategy)
Exposure to other ETL tools (Pentaho, Data Stage, Apache Hop)
AI-Powered Development : Proven ability to effectively leverage AI tools (Chat GPT, Git Hub Copilot,
Amazon Q) to accelerate coding,



perform automated code reviews, generate documentation, and
explore design alternatives.
AI Mentorship & Driving Adoption : Experience in mentoring engineering teams to integrate AI
assistants into their daily development workflows to increase velocity and code quality.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica and Pentaho for Snowflake and Postgres systems
Work closely with analytics and business teams to turn requirements into scalable, reliable data flows
Support data modeling, performance tuning, and architecture improvements across environments
Contribute to process automation, best practices, and documentation to improve team efficiency
Comfortable collaborating across technical and business team
