Role Description:
At Progoez, we specialize in helping businesses thrive online through strategic marketing services. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation & Pre-Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team and drive business growth. This role requires expertise in lead generation, prospect research, client outreach, lead qualification, and pre-sales support to help build a strong sales pipeline and create new business opportunities.
Salary: Based on experience and interview performance.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in lead generation, pre-sales, business development, or similar roles is a must
Hands-on experience with email outreach platforms such as Instantly, Smartlead, Mailreef, Apollo, or similar tools
Strong understanding of cold email campaigns, deliverability,



inbox management, and campaign optimization
Experience in prospect research, lead qualification, and appointment setting
Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales automation tools is preferred
Experience working with international clients (US/Canada) or global markets is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a solid command of English
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and consistently achieve targets
Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and research potential prospects through various lead generation channels
Build and maintain targeted prospect lists based on ideal customer profiles
Launch, manage, and optimize cold email outreach campaigns
Qualify inbound and outbound leads through effective communication and discovery
Schedule meetings and hand over qualified opportunities to the sales team
Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions within CR
