Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Trainer role based in Jodhpur. The Customer Service Trainer will design, deliver,



and update training programs that build customer service excellence across retail, call center, and support teams. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions, creating training materials and standard operating procedures, and coaching team members on communication, product knowledge, and problem-solving skills. The role will track training effectiveness through performance metrics, feedback surveys, and customer satisfaction data, recommending improvements to service processes and scripts.
