We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Deputy Payroll Head to join our People Operations team. This role is ideal for a payroll professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment,

As Deputy Payroll Head, you will play a key role in ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, process efficiency, and operational governance across the organization. You will work closely with HR, Finance, Compliance, and business leaders to strengthen payroll processes and support a growing workforce spread across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Operations
Manage end-to-end payroll activities, ensuring timely and accurate salary processing. Oversee payroll inputs including attendance, leave records, salary revisions, reimbursements, incentives, and full & final settlements. Ensure payroll transactions are processed with the highest levels of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
