Key Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for residents and visitors. Conduct property tours for potential residents. Assist residents with their queries and day-to-day requirements. Support move-ins and move-outs to ensure a smooth experience. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams. Monitor property standards and report any issues. Help organize resident engagement activities and events.
Support the Resident Manager in daily property operations. What We're Looking For
