Role Description The BIM Architect is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for integrating Building Information Modeling into architectural design and documentation workflows. Day-to-day tasks include developing and refining architectural models, producing detailed construction drawings, and coordinating BIM data across disciplines.



The role involves preparing and reviewing submittals, ensuring design compliance with project standards, and supporting project teams with accurate, up-to-date digital models. The BIM Architect collaborates closely with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to resolve design issues, optimize building performance, and maintain consistency between design intent and on-site execution. This position requires active participation in project meetings, clear communication of design information, and ongoing improvement of BIM processes and templates. Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture, with the ability to translate design concepts into practical built solutions.
