· Strong functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
· Demonstrated Business Analyst skills including requirements gathering and process documentation
· Solid understanding of ERP concepts such as General Ledger, AR/AP, inventory, and end-to-end business processes
· Ability to clearly explain system behavior to non-technical users

· We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant who will also perform robust Business Analyst (BA) responsibilities to support, optimize, and govern the day-to-day use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across the organization.
· This role combines business analysis (requirements gathering, process mapping, and fit-gap analysis) with functional consulting (system configuration, governance, and user enablement). The consultant will act as an internal subject matter expert,



ensuring Business Central is used as designed and aligned with business needs.
· Lead requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process reviews
· Perform fit-gap analysis to determine alignment between business processes and standard Business Central capabilities
· Document business processes using process flows, SOPs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
· Translate business requirements into clear functional solution designs
· Partner with stakeholders to define success metrics such as efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
· Serve as the functional subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
· Configure and support core modules including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory
· Promote standard, out-of-the-box Business Central functionality and minimize unnecessary customizations
· Act as the primary liaison between business teams, IT, and Microsof
