We're looking for an Account Executive who can combine solid client communication with operational excellence. This is a sales-focused role where you'll work closely with buyers, manage the sales pipeline, and use AI and modern tools to improve efficiency across the business. What you'll do
Own inbound buyer conversations across calls, Whats App, email, and other channels Qualify leads and understand buyer requirements before moving them through the sales pipeline Manage the CRM with complete accuracy, ensuring every interaction, follow-up, and deal stage is updated Build and maintain structured follow-up sequences so no lead goes cold Coordinate property visits, meetings,
and client communication Work closely with the founders on high-value mandates and strategic client accounts Use AI tools to draft emails, prepare meeting notes, summarise calls, and improve sales workflows Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and suggest improvements to increase conversion and efficiency Track key revenue and pipeline metrics, helping the team make better data-driven decisions Collaborate with the content, marketing, and research teams to ensure a seamless client experience Whom we're looking for 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, customer success, or operations Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi Comfortable speaking with high-value clients and building long-term relationships Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Comfortable working with CRM platforms and managing sales pipelines Confident using AI tools suc
