Role Description This is a full time, on-site Special Education Teacher role based in reputed school Colaba, Mumbai. The Special Education Teacher will design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with a range of learning needs and disabilities, aligning goals with academic, social, and behavioral development. Responsibilities include planning and delivering daily lessons, adapting curriculum and teaching methods,



and using appropriate instructional materials and assessments. The teacher will collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and caregivers, maintain detailed student progress records, and participate in regular review meetings. The role also involves creating a safe, inclusive classroom environment, supporting students' communication and life skills, and engaging in professional development to stay current with best practices in special education.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of diverse disabilities and learning differences, and the ability to support students with varied cognitive and developmental needs.
