Key Responsibilities:
Set up and scale micro-fulfillment centers / dark stores
Lead warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics planning
Drive WMS implementation and process automation
Optimize last-mile delivery and supply chain efficiency
Develop SOPs and operational excellence frameworks
Build and manage high-performing operations teams
What We're Looking For:
5–8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, or Fulfillment Management
Experience in dark store, quick-commerce, e-commerce, or micro-fulfillment operations preferred
Solid understanding of WMS, inventory controls, and warehouse setup
Proven ability to lead projects from concept to execution
Engineering or Operations Management background preferred
