About Role : We're looking for a performance marketer who has built, scaled, and optimized revenue-driving Google Ads campaigns for Indian D2 C brands.
If Google Ads is where you spend most of your time, and you've successfully managed meaningful budgets while driving profitable growth, we'd like to talk.
What Matters Most :
Solid hands-on expertise in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max). Proven experience scaling Indian D2 C brands through paid acquisition. Experience managing monthly media spends of ₹50 Lakhs+. Deep understanding of ecommerce growth metrics including ROAS, CAC, MER, conversion rate, and contribution profitability. Ability to independently execute, optimize, troubleshoot, and scale campaigns. Meta Ads Experience :
You should be comfortable running and optimizing Meta campaigns, but this role is primarily Google-focused. We are looking for someone whose strongest channel is Google Ads and who understands how Meta supports the overall acquisition strategy.
Good to Have ( Not Mandatory)




Exposure to Shopify or other ecommerce ecosystems. Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, or Quick Commerce advertising. Experience building dashboards, attribution models, and tracking frameworks. This Role Is Not For You If :
Your primary expertise is Meta Ads and Google is a secondary skill. Your experience is largely limited to lead-generation campaigns. You prefer managing agencies or teams over hands-on campaign execution. You have not managed significant advertising budgets. You are looking for a strategy-only role. Why Flo?
