About the Role
Accordible Facility Management is looking for a sincere and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Intern to support the finance team in tracking client payments, maintaining outstanding records, following up on receivables, and assisting with daily collection-related activities.
This role is ideal for someone who wants practical exposure to billing, payment follow-ups, client receivables, ageing reports, reconciliation, and finance coordination in a growing B2 B service company.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update client outstanding and receivables trackers. Follow up with clients for pending payments through calls, emails, and Whats App wherever required. Track invoice submission status, payment due dates, and expected payment timelines. Coordinate internally with sales, operations, and billing teams for invoice-related updates.



Collect and maintain payment proofs, remittance details, and client confirmation records. Assist in preparing receivables ageing reports and payment follow-up summaries. Support reconciliation of received payments against invoices. Maintain proper records of client-wise outstanding, part payments, deductions, and pending documents. Escalate long-pending payments or unresolved client issues to the reporting manager. Support the finance team in daily MIS and collection reports. Ideal Candidate
Fresher or 0–1 year of experience in accounts, finance, billing, collections, or data entry. Basic understanding of invoices, payments, outstanding, debit/credit, and receivables. Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets. Comfortable with follow-ups, calls, emails, and internal coordination. Detail-oriented, disciplined, and positive with numbers.
