Financial Due Diligence_ Assistant Manager
Responsibilities
Conducting end to end financial due diligence Identification of issues and carrying out the relevant financial analysis Undertaking smaller assignments or assisting in larger assignments reporting to Associate Director or Director Writing Sections of an FDD / VDD report Analyzing in depth the financial information (trial balances, income statements, balance sheets and cash flows) Highlighting unusual trends observations and frame questions for management Interacting with the client or target management Reviewing data books prepared in accordance with firm and skilled standards and in accordance with the requirements of the project Reviewing the work performed by the subordinates and coaching them Establishing strong professional relationships with onshore team members Providing support/assistance for proposals/business development Qualifications
CA or any Master's degree
