Role Description The Articled Assistant will work full time on-site in Mumbai and support the firm's audit, taxation, and compliance engagements under the guidance of senior team members. Daily responsibilities may include assisting in statutory and tax audits, preparing working papers, documenting findings, and ensuring adherence to applicable standards and regulations.



The role involves supporting direct and indirect tax filings, compiling financial data, reconciling accounts, and helping prepare financial statements and reports. The Articled Assistant will conduct research on accounting, tax, and regulatory matters, summarize key points, and help implement relevant changes in client engagements. The position also includes coordinating with clients for information requests, maintaining organized documentation, and contributing to internal process improvements and knowledge-sharing. Qualifications
Currently pursuing or registered for Chartered Accountancy (CA) articleship as per applicable institute regulations. Strong foundation in accounting principles, auditing concepts, and basic taxation.
