We have a strong education platform that has served over 352+ Million users, have got over 2.88+ Billion questions answered, and have more than 350 thousand customized Flexbooks. We have embarked on an exciting journey to build an AI-powered student tutor and Teacher Assistant to build the next generation of learning platforms.
CK-12 is broadening its reach in India by partnering with Central and State Governments, Schools (Govt + Private) to provide its transformative offerings to improve student outcomes and teacher efficiency.
We are seeking talented, creative, and dedicated persons to help train teachers in AI-powered digital education. This position is based out of our Bangalore office.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct training sessions for teachers, teacher mentors,



and school administrators across partners Work with a team of trainers and support them in delivering quality training at scale Collect feedback from the field and help improve training content and delivery Keep records of training sessions and share regular updates with the team Coordinate with the team to ensure training aligns with program goals Essential Skills and Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of active experience as a Head/Principal, Vice-Principal, PGT, or TGT in a CBSE-affiliated school A background in Science or Mathematics is preferred Retired school officials or industry trainers with relevant subject expertise may also apply Experience in designing and delivering teacher training programs - CBSE or any other board or education program Required Skills
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of a regional language is a plus Practical, hands-on approach to training with valuable organisational skills Willingness to trav
