Role Overview
As a BIM Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary BIM project delivery, coordination workflows, technical reviews, model quality, and team execution across multiple large-scale projects.




This role goes beyond BIM modeling. You will actively contribute to project planning, coordination strategy, client interactions, resource management, technical decision-making, and project delivery. You will serve as a key link between project stakeholders, consultants, internal teams, and BIM Coordinators to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
Lead BIM delivery for large-scale Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use, Industrial, Hospitality, and Infrastructure projects. Manage project execution plans, delivery schedules, milestones, and resource allocation across multiple projects. Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and coordination challenges. Ensure timely delivery of BIM models, drawings, reports, and project documentation in accordance with client requirements and project timelines. Support Pro
