Position: Manager / Senior Manager – PMS Sales

About the Role - We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to drive the growth of our Portfolio Management Services (PMS) business in the Nagpur region. The role involves expanding market penetration, strengthening distributor relationships, driving sales growth, and enhancing the visibility of PMS offerings across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities -
Drive PMS business growth by increasing market penetration and expanding the client base within the assigned geography. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, channel partners, and key stakeholders to maximize PMS sales opportunities. Identify, engage, and reactivate dormant distribution channels to generate incremental business. Enhance awareness and visibility of PMS products among distributors and partner networks. Conduct product presentations, workshops, and training sessions for internal Relationship Managers (RMs) and external distributors.



Develop innovative sales initiatives and market development strategies to improve PMS penetration and revenue generation. Act as the primary point of contact for PMS-related queries and ensure timely resolution of service and operational issues. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to identify recent business opportunities. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and superior client experience. Desired Candidate Profile -
Proven experience in PMS, Wealth Management, Mutual Funds, Financial Products, or Capital Market sales. Strong network within the distributor, IFA, wealth management, or financial advisory ecosystem. Expertise of working in a securities / stock broking sector. Excellent relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.
