Role Description The Customer Service Teller is a full time, on-site role based in Kanpur, responsible for providing front-line support to customers using Event Made Easy's services. On a day-to-day basis, the role involves handling cash and payment transactions, processing deposits, and maintaining accurate teller operations in alignment with company policies. The teller responds to customer inquiries in person and via phone, offers clear information about services and pricing,



and assists customers in resolving issues related to bookings and payments. The role requires maintaining detailed records, ensuring transaction accuracy, and collaborating with the internal team to support a smooth event planning experience for all customers. Qualifications
Strong Teller Operations and Cash Handling skills, with the ability to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Experience managing Deposits and related financial documentation while adhering to established procedures. Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to support customers, address inquiries, and resolve issues professionally. Attention to detail, reliability, and integrity in managing financial and customer information. Basic proficiency with computer systems and point-of-sale or transaction software.
