We are seeking a commercially-minded, strategic Financial Controller to lead our accounting function. Beyond traditional compliance and reporting, you will be the bridge between financial data and strategic execution. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Management Accounting: Look beyond the ledger to analyze variances, assess product/service profitability, monitor KPIs, and provide actionable insights that influence business strategy Data Presentation & Storytelling: Translate complex financial metrics into explicit, visually compelling, and executive-ready presentations for the C-suite, board members, and department head Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A): Lead the annual budgeting process,



rolling forecasts, and scenario modeling to guide strategic decision-makin Financial Leadership & Controls: Oversee the month-end/year-end close processes, ensure rigorous internal controls, and maintain the integrity of the general ledge Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, sales, and marketing teams to help them understand their financial impact and optimize their budget Process Automation: Continuously improve financial systems and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to streamline reporting and enhance data accuracy Required Skills & Qualification
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA, or CIMA) is highly preferred Experience: 6+ years of progressive finance experience, with a proven track record in a management accounting or financial controller role Analytical Power: Advanced data manipulation skills.
