Job Summary:
The Procurement Head will be responsible for overseeing the entire Supply Chain Management (SCM) operations for the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS). This leadership role demands a seasoned skilled with extensive experience in managing end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, production planning, inventory management, and demand forecasting in the EMS industry. The SCM Operations Head will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain functions, reduce costs, and improve overall operational efficiency while maintaining high service levels and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy:
Lead and manage the SCM team, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategic objectives and operational goals. Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service delivery.



Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimizations across supply chain operations. End-to-End Supply Chain Management:
Oversee the procurement, logistics, production planning, inventory management, and distribution functions for EMS operations. Ensure seamless coordination between suppliers, internal teams, and customers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products. Develop and manage a robust forecasting and demand planning system to optimize inventory levels and reduce lead times. Vendor & Supplier Management:
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers, contract manufacturers, and logistics partners. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost control and timely availability of materials.
