Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our business development and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in generating high-quality leads, acquiring international clients, building scalable sales strategies, and leading sales teams in a service-based IT company.
This role requires someone who can drive business growth through multiple sales channels, mentor the sales team, and establish long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to drive company growth. Generate qualified leads through multiple channels, including Upwork, Linked In Sales Navigator, cold outreach, networking, referrals, and other lead generation platforms. Build and manage a consistent pipeline of international clients. Create cutting-edge sales strategies and identify new opportunities to acquire clients. Lead the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing deals. Conduct client meetings, requirement gathering, proposal presentations, negotiations,



and deal closures. Build strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent client communication and account management. Guide, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with technical teams to prepare accurate project estimations and proposals. Track sales KPIs, prepare reports, and continuously optimize the sales process. Represent the company professionally during client interactions and business meetings. Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales within an IT Service-Based Company (Mandatory). Experience with only product-based companies will not be considered. Strong expertise in Upwork bidding with a proven record of winning projects. Advanced knowledge of Linked In Sales Navigator for lead generation and prospecting.
