Accordible Facility Management is a fast-growing technical facility management and specialized services company serving hotels, corporates, hospitals, malls, restaurants, commercial properties, institutions, industrial facilities, and other facility-intensive clients across India.
We operate across multiple service verticals including Kitchen Duct Cleaning, Air Duct Cleaning, HVAC O& M, Technical Manpower, Housekeeping, Facade Cleaning, Kitchen Equipment Services, Fire & Ansul Systems, Deep Cleaning, MEP Support, and other specialized facility management services.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic AVP – Operations to lead and strengthen Accordible's pan-India operations.
The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth service delivery, client satisfaction, operational control, vendor governance, team performance, process implementation,



margin improvement, billing support, and organic business growth.
This is a leadership role for a skilled who can manage multi-site operations, build scalable processes, improve execution quality, retain clients, support collections, and identify growth opportunities through existing clients, industry relationships, referrals, and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities
Pan-India Operations Leadership
Lead operations across multiple service verticals, including AMC contracts, one-time projects, manpower deployments, and specialized technical services. Ensure proper planning, manpower allocation, vendor allocation, execution timelines, reporting, and job closure.
Process Building & Operational Excellence
Create and implement SOPs, checklists, trackers, dashboards, escalation matrix, and review systems. Move operations from people-dependent execution to process-driven execution.
