Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pathologist role based in Nagina. The Pathologist will be responsible for examining tissue, blood, and other body fluids to provide accurate diagnoses that guide clinical decision-making. Daily tasks include reviewing histopathology slides, performing cytology and hematology evaluations, validating laboratory results, and signing out reports in a timely manner.



The role involves close collaboration with clinicians to discuss complex cases, correlate clinical and laboratory findings, and participate in multidisciplinary meetings as needed. The Pathologist will also oversee quality control processes in the laboratory, ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards, and support the implementation of evidence-based diagnostic protocols. Additional responsibilities may include mentoring laboratory staff, helping with protocol development, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the pathology and laboratory departments.
