Head - Valuations
Key Responsibilities
Lead global Valuation Control strategy, governance, and regulatory compliance. Oversee IPV, Fair Value Adjustments (FVA), PVA/AVA, Levelling, Model Validation, and Valuation Methodology Partner with Front Office, Market Risk, Product Control, Finance, Model Risk, and Regulators Drive valuation analytics, controls enhancement, technology transformation, and process excellence Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing global teams What We're Looking For
20+ years of experience in Valuation Control and Financial Markets Deep expertise across FX, Rates, Credit, Commodities, XVA, and complex derivatives Strong understanding of valuation methodologies, financial modelling, and regulatory frameworks Proven leadership experience managing large global teams and senior stakeholders CPA, CA, CFA, ACCA, CQM, or equivalent qualifications preferred Note : Open to Candidates looking to relocate back to India from Singapore/ UK/ USA with Solid Investment Banking – Product Control experience
