We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Product Engineer to join our dynamic team in our mission to design and market the most innovative and creative toys. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong understanding of engineering principles. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop new products from concept to production while ensuring they meet the quality and design specifications. What's in store (Job Responsibilities):
Technical Design: Collaborate with Play Designers and Visual Designers to develop technically sound designs and with aesthetic forms (Including CAD Modelling, Electronic Design) Mould Development: Deliver high-quality, cost-effective and production ready moulds for the new products as per the company requirements Sourcing and Vendor Management: Find vendors for various new or existing components, understand the delivery timelines, make sure that the items are conforms to the child safety guidelines Child Safety: Ensure all products comply with applicable international child safety standards across materials, design,



and manufacturing New Product Launch: Play a key role in launching new, exciting and innovative products with global potential, meeting ambitious timelines and launch targets Post Launch Support: Support in technical breakdown and find opportunities for optimization in the launched products A Rapid-track Career Path: We take growth very seriously.
