Responsibilities:
Take complete ownership of day-to-day construction site operations and ensure projects are executed as per timelines,



quality standards, and approved plans. Coordinate with Architects, PMC Consultants, Contractors, Vendors, and Site Teams for smooth project execution. Monitor construction progress, site quality, safety standards, and overall execution activities. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors while ensuring timely material availability at site. Resolve in office technical, operational, and execution-related issues with full ownership. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure work is executed as per approved BOQs, drawings, and engineering standards. Coordinate with procurement and finance teams for budgeting, billing verification, and cost control. Take ownership of overall work and ensure execution discipline without requiring constant supervision from management. Qualifications Required:
