Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirement Drive Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) initiatives across the organization Lead and support Change Management activities for business transformation project Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional team Support sourcing and vendor risk assessment processes Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), process flows, and functional specification Ensure smooth implementation of business changes while minimizing operational risk management Mandatory Skills
7–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst Robust experience in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)



Hands-on experience in Change Management Experience in Sourcing/Vendor Management Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Banking domain experience is mandatory Mandatory Domain Requirement:
Candidates must have experience with Global/Captive Ba
nks. Domestic bank profiles will not be considered
Preferred Background: Experience working in Global Banking Captives or International Banking Organizations. Strong understanding of third-party/vendor risk frameworks and governance.
