This is a full time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Travel Operations Executive. The Travel Operations Executive will manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including bookings for flights, trains, buses, and accommodations.



They will provide travel consulting and customized itinerary planning while offering excellent customer service. The role also involves coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless travel experiences and addressing customer inquiries or concerns promptly. Qualifications
Experience in travel arrangements, including flight, train, bus, and accommodation bookings Strong background in travel consulting, including itinerary planning and destination management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in customer service to handle inquiries, requests, and issue resolution effectively Knowledge of travel management processes and tools Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in using travel booking software and tools Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or a related field preferred
