Job Statement
The Inside Sales Intern – Quote Preparation will be responsible for supporting the sales team in preparing accurate and timely quotations in response to customer inquiries.
The role focuses on RFQ handling, pricing support, and coordination with internal teams to ensure
proper documentation and alignment with customer requirements.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
--> Quote Preparation & RFQ Handling
· Review and analyse incoming RFQs and customer inquiries
· Prepare quotations based on standard pricing, product requirements, and inputs from internal teams
· Ensure accuracy in pricing, part numbers, and commercial terms

· Assist in basic pricing calculations and cost analysis
· Support preparation of commercial offers including terms and conditions
