Senior Manager – Branding & Events
Job Purpose:
The Senior Manager – Branding & Events will report to the CHRO and will be responsible for driving brand positioning and managing end-to-end execution of branding initiatives and corporate events for AISATS. The role will work closely with Corporate Communications to enhance brand visibility, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and support business growth through strategic brand and event management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Branding
Manage and maintain AISATS' brand identity across all touchpoints including uniforms, GSE, facilities, marketing collateral, and digital platform Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines through regular audits and control mechanism Support the development and implementation of brand strategies aligned with business objective Plan and execute branding and marketing campaigns to enhance visibility and position in Monitor brand performance through defined KPIs such as brand awareness, engagement,



and customer experience Manage branding budgets and ensure optimal utilization of resources Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging across all departments. 2. Event Management
Plan, organize, and execute corporate events including facility launches, customer engagement initiatives, employee events, airport campaigns, and industry conferences Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and execution frameworks Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (event agencies, PR agencies, etc.) for seamless execution. Ensure all events reflect AISATS brand standards and deliver high-quality stakeholder experience Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency Oversee event logistics, setup, execution, and post-event activities 3. Corporate Communication (Support Role)
Support Corporate Communications in development of communication materials aligned with brand guidelines Assist in CEO messaging, internal communications, and brand-led communication
