Job Summary:
We are looking for a Project Sales Manager to drive B2 B sales and solutions of Electricals products - wires/ cables/ switchgear/ panel/ lighting / small appliances). The candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and securing projects through architects, consultants, contractors, builders, and developers.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and develop recent business opportunities in the project sales segment.
Build relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, builders, developers, and contractors.
Conduct product presentations and secure project specifications.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
Prepare quotations,
negotiate commercial terms, and close orders.
Track project progress, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely execution.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain a solid sales pipeline and provide regular market feedback.
Requirements:
8 years of experience in B2 B/Project Sales of Electricals products - (wires/ cables/ switchgear/ panel/ lighting / small appliances / Building Material Industry).
Strong network with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and drive revenue growth
