About The Role:
We're looking for a Product Designer to own the experience of our AI products. You'll work alongside the product manager and engineering team to take features from rough ideas to polished, shipped interfaces. Design at Genuin is a craft we take seriously — you'll have real influence on what gets built and how it feels to use.
The PM on this team works by building concept documents and rapid prototypes to align the org before scoping begins. You'll be a close partner in that process — sharpening how those concepts look and feel, and making sure the experience stays coherent all the way through to production.
Key Responsibilities:
Own design end-to-end for our AI products: user research, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and shipped product. Collaborate closely with the product manager during the concept phase — bringing ideas to life visually so the team can react to something real, not just a written description. Define user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns for AI-powered features, making complex behaviours feel straightforward and intuitive.
