Location: Silvassa, Hosur, and Kelamangalam, Tamil Nadu.
Industry Preference: Re-Bonded Foam, PU Foam, Mattress, Textile Manufacturing
Experience: 12–15+ Years
Job Summary
We are looking for experienced and agile Unit Head to lead the complete operations of its Re-Bonded Foaming manufacturing facility. The incumbent will be responsible for production, quality, maintenance, safety, cost control, manpower management, and overall plant performance. The role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to drive operational excellence while achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Operations
Lead end-to-end plant operations and ensure achievement of production targets. Develop and implement production plans to maximize capacity utilization. Monitor productivity, efficiency, and process performance. Ensure timely execution of production schedules and customer commitments. Quality Management




Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer specifications. Monitor rejection, wastage, and rework levels and implement corrective actions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality. Maintenance & Engineering
Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance of all machinery and equipment. Minimize machine breakdowns and downtime. Coordinate with engineering teams for process improvements and equipment upgrades. Manpower Management
Lead and manage plant workforce, supervisors, and department heads. Plan manpower deployment and shift schedules. Build a performance-driven culture through training and development initiatives. Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with all statutory, environmental, and safety regulations. Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace safety. Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective measures. Cost Control & Process Improvement
