Role Overview
We are looking for a Creative Designer to lead visual content creation across Yoga Circle's social media, CRM, and engagement channels. This role will focus on creating high-quality short-form videos, social-first creatives, and static designs that drive engagement, brand consistency, and user action.
The ideal candidate understands digital consumer behavior and knows how to create platform-native content for Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, Whats App, and CRM channels. This role requires strong visual storytelling skills, rapid execution, and the ability to create content optimized for both engagement and conversion. This is a build with AI role, where deep comfort
This person will work closely with Growth, Communication, Social Media, CRM, and Community teams to bring campaigns, engagement journeys, and brand storytelling to life visually.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Video Editing for Social Platforms
Edit short-form and long-form videos optimized for Facebook, Instagram, and You Tube Create engaging reels, promotional videos, educational edits,



and platform-native content Optimize video hooks, pacing, captions, transitions, and storytelling for engagement and retention Repurpose content across multiple social formats and channels Collaborate with marketing and content teams to execute campaign and engagement creatives across the required channels and collateral adapts 2. Static Graphic Design for CRM & Social
Design static creatives for Whats App, CRM campaigns, social media, and engagement journeys - using AI tools effectively to boost productivity and creative output at scale Create visually compelling assets for reminders, lifecycle campaigns, promotions, and announcements Develop templates and scalable design systems for recurring communication needs Ensure all visuals align with Yoga Circle's brand identity and tone Support campaign launches, product communication, and engagement initiatives with high-quality design assets 3.
