The Institute of Actuaries of India (IAI) is inviting applications for the position of Senior Executive – Placement.
As the statutory body established under the Actuaries Act, 2006, IAI is committed to advancing the actuarial profession through excellence in education, professional standards, and ethical practice.
Location: Seawoods, Navi Mumbai
Eligibility
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Management (MBA/HR preferred).
• 3–6 years of experience in placements, recruitment, corporate relations, or BFSI hiring.
• Exposure to insurance, consulting, analytics, or financial services will be an advantage.
Key Skills
• Employer and stakeholder relationship management.
• Recruitment and placement coordination.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Event planning and execution.
• Data analysis and MIS reporting.
• High ownership and execution focus.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage employer partnerships across insurance, consulting, BFSI, analytics, and related sectors.
• Coordinate end-to-end placement activities,



including job postings, interview scheduling, and offer management.
• Support students and members through career guidance, employability initiatives, and placement assistance.
• Organise employer connect sessions, HR seminars, and industry engagement initiatives.
• Manage the IAI Career Portal, employer database, and placement reports.
• Support international placement opportunities and maintain employer relationships.
