Neo Decors is looking for a talented and result-oriented Sr. Interior Designer to join our growing team.
Location: Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet and consult with prospective clients to understand their requirements and lifestyle needs.
• Develop space planning, concept designs, and 3 D visualizations.
• Present design proposals, material selections, and project estimates.
• Convert leads into confirmed projects through effective design consultation.
• Prepare BOQs, quotations, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with project execution teams for seamless handover.
• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the design journey.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Required Skills:
3–8 years of experience in residential interior design.
Strong expertise in Modular Kitchens, Wardrobes, TV Units, and Turnkey Interiors.
Proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, 3ds Max, V-Ray,



or similar software.
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to independently handle clients and close sales.
Strong understanding of design aesthetics, materials, and space planning.
