Job Overview:
The Restaurant/Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, managing staff, and contributing to the financial success of the outlet. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food service or hospitality industry, with experience in leadership and managing Profit and Loss (P& L) statements. The role will be based in Delhi NCR.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
Oversee daily restaurant operations,



including opening and closing procedures, staff management, and customer service standards. Ensure smooth execution of food service, hygiene, and safety protocols in line with company guidelines. Team Management:
Lead, coach, and manage the performance of all restaurant staff, including training, scheduling, and motivation. Foster a positive work environment, driving staff engagement and high levels of teamwork. Customer Service:
Ensure a memorable guest experience by maintaining exceptional service standards and addressing customer concerns promptly. Monitor and respond to customer feedback, both in-store and online, to improve service quality. Financial Management:
