About the Role
This is a leadership role for a with a bold mandate: to build a world-class, technology-enabled documentation and training ecosystem. You will architect and lead the global strategy for controlled documentation and training, setting the standard for how a modern,



technology-forward Fast-Moving Consumer Healthcare company manages knowledge, compliance, and capability development at scale. This role sits at the intersection of regulatory compliance, digital innovation, and human performance — and is not for someone who manages the status quo. You will define the future state.
Responsibilities
Training Transformation
Redesign training from static, compliance-based learning to dynamic, capability-driven models Build role-based competency frameworks aligned to business and quality performance outcomes Replace "read & understand" training with: Scenario-based Learning, Microlearning Assessments & Skill Validation Define and track training effectiveness metrics (performance impact, error reduction, behavior change) Learning Design & Pedagogy
Apply principles of adult learning / instructional design to create impactful learning journeys Translate SOPs a
