Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad (Ahmedabad Candidates will only be entertained) for a Chartered Accountant specialising in AIF (Alternative Investment Fund) compliances. The professional in this role will oversee end-to-end AIF regulatory compliance, including preparation, review, and timely filing of all required reports and returns with SEBI and other regulatory bodies. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring adherence to AIF regulations, fund documentation,



and internal policies; tracking changes in relevant laws; and advising internal stakeholders on their impact. The role involves coordinating with fund administrators, custodians, auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel to ensure accurate accounting, NAV calculations, and audit readiness. The Chartered Accountant will also support investor reporting, perform reconciliations, assist in structuring and documenting transactions, and contribute to internal controls, risk management, and process improvements within the fund operations and compliance framework.
Qualifications
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting.
