Zachariah Consultants (ZC) is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Architect with 2+ years of professional experience in residential, commercial, mixed-use, low-rise, and high-rise projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong design and technical skills, with the ability to support projects from concept development through construction documentation and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Architectural Design & Development
Assist in developing architectural concepts, design proposals, and presentation materials. Prepare schematic designs, detailed drawings, and construction documentation. Develop plans, elevations, sections, and architectural details as per project requirements. Support design development while ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with project objectives. 2. Project Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants,



and engineers for design integration. Participate in design review meetings and incorporate feedback into project drawings. Assist in resolving design and coordination issues during project development. 3. Technical Documentation
Prepare accurate architectural drawings and documentation. Ensure compliance with local building regulations, development control norms, and industry standards. Maintain proper records of revisions, submissions, and project documentation. 4. Site Support & Execution
Assist in site coordination and address architectural queries during construction. Review shop drawings and contractor submissions when required. Support project teams in ensuring design intent is maintained during execution. 5. Quality & Compliance
Ensure drawings meet quality standards and project requirements. Follow company drafting standards and best practices. Contribute to continuous improvement of design and documentation
