Role Purpose
Lead accounting, financial reporting, compliance, Audit support and controllership activities while ensuring solid financial governance and timely month-end closures.
Key Responsibilities
Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes. Review general ledger accounting and reconciliations. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements. Monitor revenue, expenses, accruals, provisions, and intercompany transactions. Coordinate statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits. Drive implementation and adherence to accounting policies and internal controls. Review GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances before filing. Manage cash flow reporting and working capital monitoring. Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. Act as the primary liaison with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities. Mentor and supervise controllership team members. Qualifications & Experience
CA preferred. 8-12 years of experience in accounting, reporting, and controllership. Strong knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, GST, TDS, and corporate compliance. Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel.
