We're looking for energetic, compassionate, and confident individuals to join our growing Patient Success team.
Your Role
• Guide patients to book healthcare services through the Easy Healths App.
• Call registered users and follow up on enquiries.
• Help patients complete their bookings.
• Support on-ground healthcare awareness activities.
• Coordinate with the marketing team.
• Collect patient leads and maintain daily reports.
• Record basic vitals (BP, Sugar & Oxygen) when required.
Who Can Apply?
0–3 years of experience
Freshers with excellent communication are welcome
Fluent in English, Bengali & Hindi
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Comfortable speaking with patients over phone and in person
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Healthcare, Sales, Field Marketing or Patient Care will be an added advantage.
